The Project Director provides overall leadership, strategic direction, and accountability for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) Office of Population Affairs (OPA) Technical Assistance & Logistics contract. This role serves as the primary liaison with HHS/OPA, ensuring contract compliance, high-quality deliverables, and alignment with program goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead all aspects of contract execution, reporting, and compliance.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for the COR and contracting officials.
- Provide strategic oversight across Title X, Teen Pregnancy Prevention (TPP), and Embryo Adoption Awareness (EAA) program support activities.
- Ensure quality assurance, risk management, and Section 508 compliance.
- Supervise Deputy Director, Managers, and Analysts.
Qualifications:
- Must be a U.S. citizen or Green Card Holder.
- Master’s degree in Public Health, Health Administration, or related field.
- 15+ years in federal health program management with leadership on large, multi-site projects.
- Deep knowledge of Title X, Teen Pregnancy Prevention (TPP), and Embryo Adoption Awareness (EAA) programs and health policy.
- Proven record of managing federal contracts and teams.
